Day 21 - ate a lot, compared with what I usually eat. All in all during the day: a choco candy, 2 little sausage rolls, a plate of soup (just water, not meat or vegetables), 2 slices of cheese and a plate of mushed potatoes plus tea-tea-tea. Thought I could allow myself all this because next day I’m having practice at the pool, an hour of nonstop swimming is sure to burn odd cals.
