Day 40 - often, I put on my jeans recalling one thinspo, ‘Why lose weight? To walk the earth a little lighter’. I like how it sounds, and I know how true it is. When you’re overweight, you feel your feet on the ground, how you step, how the soles of your shoes come in contact with the surface, whilst when you have no odd weight moving around is easier and effortless and your feet just slightly touch the ground. It’s hard to explain until you check out on your own. Walking becomes fun, you may even feel like jumping on your way. On the same sad note, still 50 *shrugs her shoulders*
