Day 101 - my S/O and a couple of other friends want to take up swimming. Ha, finally, my example works! :) Looks like they figured out that sports does body good. If only family would realize it!
Anyways, back to the diet, not-so-harsh though; back to a nourishing breakfast and no food past 6PM. Holidays over, work starts tomorrow, swimming too, usual schedule resumes *sigh* probably it will take me another month to lose 2kg but dear god I’m so happy I’ve come off the dead point, and it’s so much easier and less emotionally stressful to go on.
