Day 139 - trained hard. 35min of freestyle and breaststroke, no leisure swimming. And once home, I measured myself and - OMG WTF IS IT FOR REAL?!? 75cm bust, 56cm waist, 83cm hips. My eyes were like O.O
Of course I know it's hard swimming after-effect but still WOW. If only some day these 'after-swimming' figures would turn into actual constant measurements. But to think that I move so slowly cannot but upset me. People manage to drop 40 kilos in 10 months, even 8 pounds in 7 days, and look at me... barely 2kg in 2 months :( *depressed* I prefer to not go to a foodstore at work when I have a break 'cuz if I do I usually fail to resist and spend money on something I shouldn't eat. But today when I happened to pass it by, I dropped in, setting out to the counter with mounts of fresh canned salads that teased me so badly I yeilded to the temptation and after 10 minutes of picking and drooling bought one small box of rice-and-cheese-and-carrot one, and a pack of dried dates, mmm... Dates are yummy but the salad, geesh!! it has ton of garlic! I ate just a teaspoon of it and my throat already hurts ;((
