Day 158 - Weight loss - On the Way to UGW.

On the way to UWG

Day 158 - I should be excited and dance and jump like berserk but I don't, although today the scale shows 45. I'm there, yes, you hear it right. I haven't stepped on it for 2 days (nor have I eaten a lot during these days) but it's a steady 45. It's not the regular water weight, for I've been drinking the same amount of liquid, it's all about my metabolism that boosted up, strangely enough. Measurements the same (except maybe hips 1 cm less) but weight dropped. Can't believe I'm at the GW. No dramatic changes in my appearance, icecream cone and thick thighs stay but other parts of my body, I like the changes ;)
Contrary to weightloss calculators, it didn't take me 4 months to arrive to the 45-point - 1 month, and I'm at the destination. What have I gained by finally coming to this sacred number on the scale? The main thing is gained self-confidence and contentment with how my body looks, but it's not even thanks to diet but swimming, primarily (they say excercises work better than diets for people of Leo star sign). What else? That most people don't believe I'm 25, and treat me, and approach me like a... teenager, calling me 'little girl' and apologizing for having stepped on my toe, and sympathising and willing to help seeing my efforts at opening a massive iron door, and other trifle things you will notice too once you diminish in proportions, hehe. Not only this; I also have less reasons why I hate being fat (when at the beginning of the journey I felt like I had at least half of said 101, while now there's barely a few). Oh yeah, my bum? I like it more, definitely. More so 'cuz it squeezes in jeans size 26 without a problem now :) Isn't it something to be proud of? Geesh, the realization that I've made it is still to come, and although I haven't made it by the 8th of March it's still great I've reached 45kg!
