Day 171 - mmm, ate a LOT at breakfast, strangely hungry in the morning. Vegetable salad, carrot salad, a slice of cheese, a cup of mushroom soup, and tea with sugar - that's a huge breakfast for me! Also, bought a pack of sweetest dates I consumed with green tea - a wonderful replacement for sugar.
Mom still can't put up with my current size. Neither can I. Being able to 'suddenly' leap from almost-L to S (or sometimes XS) is striking and whoa-ish. How would you react when coming to a store you would choose pants 3 sizes smaller whereas last time you were there you picked L? Slowly but steadily you're shrinking, slimming down, getting thinner... it goes unnoticed until the day you enter a store and take the smallest pair of jeans they have on sale, and this is the moment you gasp, and the moment is a true happiness, so please remember it and let this memory keep you inspired, motivated for further progress.
