Day 30 - here you see me with my ton of thinspo and printouts (articles on diets, weight loss, and others’ blogs), with this much material I’m never bored, reading things at work and at home, it’s always interesting to read your weightloss stories, learn new info, curious facts, how your life changes as you are getting closer to the GW. You’ll need plenty of suchlike things, for you need a big motivation, and the more things you have to read the better. Feed your brain, not stomach (after 6PM).
But I need to return the previous-day topic, it’s time to mention my S/O again, and I feel I should have told you about him earlier. I wanna thank him for being my main motivation and push to the goal. Yeah, sure thinspo pics are great but they are a more abstract drive whilst my honey is the real move-your-booty stimulus. If you have a real-life motivation, all the better.
