Day 31 - oh dear, it was a moment of trepidation and fright, when I stepped onto the electric scale that never lies. After a second the bright black digits showed: 50. I sighed. Looks like November’s gonna be real hard. Stop eating past 6PM is all I have to do, and train harder. In no way must I gain weight. Trying to eat small portions, but I’m eating all the time, which results in getting bigger. Bad.
