Day 141 - alright, it's an official day-off, and therefore, I let a little loose. Pasta and salads with mayo, and cheese and this and that... I know, that was a bit too much but I think the morning's workout at the pool will burn odd cals. Today, btw, I swam like nuts, and even noticed other people's stares as they watched me do lap after lap freestyle. God I thought I'd die before I make it home... and once there I dropped on the bed and slept for 2 hours and then my whole body ached. Insane. I know this is the type of workout that is really effective but training like this requires moral preparation and good mood which I don't often have. I wish tomorrow's swimming would be great though.
