Day 144 - ohohoho near 50kg as I stepped on the scale in the morning. Late dinner and big breakfast as the reason for the menacing number. Too many sushi, and alcohol, and then cheese and etc - what else could I expect? I admit, I've slacken it off recently, and mainly because I'm force-fed as Mom and Granny make me have 'normal' dinners. On weekends I completely forget about my diet, eating often and wrongly, but I do my best to compensate it by hard workout and not snacking at work. Yet, who am I fooling? The 50-point starts to real bother me, looks like I'm on no-dinner regime since tonight. 45 was only 1 kilo away, and if I keep this laissez-faire going I'll still increase the distance.
